Here is a part of my second book. Which by the way is about a girl who goes to India with her parents. This is the prologue.
"Many would say that I am not like many other thirteen-year-old girls. I guess I can say that they are right. To a certain extent.
After all, not many other thirteen year old girls go to India because their parents are cultural anthropologists.
Not many other thirteen year old girls help bathe a stubborn goat. Then drugged and shanghaied at random from an Indian market by a girl younger than herself. Or nearly devoured by ravenous, bloodthirsty sharks. Yes, I suppose it is very unusual. If you think about it, that is. But I am not other thirteen year old girls. And this is my story........
